Hey Lady,

I see you. I get you.

For years, I did what so many women do, I took care of everyone else while putting myself last. My days were filled with family commitments and endless to-do lists leaving no time for me. Between stress, inconsistent workouts, and trying to “fit in” self-care when I could, burnout became my normal.

Until one day, my body forced me to stop. Ending up in the ER from overmen and stress was the wake up call I needed!

I realized I’d lost myself in the process of taking care of everyone else. I didn’t recognize the woman in the mirror anymore. I knew I wanted more for my life and health. So I started rebuilding myself, one small habit at a time.

I prioritized my self-care, regained my confidence, and built a stronger version of myself with consistent daily habits.

Now as a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Growth Mindset Mentor, I help other women over 40 do the same, make time for their self-care through simple daily routines, time management, workouts, clean eating and healthy habits that fit real life.
